Fishes like salmon, tuna, sardines, shrimp, mackerel are high in protein and low in mercury, therefore perfectly safe to consume during pregnancy.
When we talk about protein, nothing beats meat. Consume chicken breast, turkey thighs, sirloin cuts of beef as they all have an immense amount of protein content. Ensure to consume them when you’re expecting a baby.
4. Whole Grains:
You should eat whole grains, like oats, quinoa, corn, buckwheat, wild rice, etc to get enough protein.
